1. Eligibility & Account Registration

2. Account Rules & Your Responsibilities

Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance within your account. You can see both your real PKR balance and your bonus balance at any time in the account dashboard.
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means you must bet the bonus amount — or a multiple of it, as specified — before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable PKR balance. The wagering multiplier is clearly stated on each promotion.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms for each offer.

5. Sports Betting Rules

w789 offers sports betting markets across cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

All bets are final once confirmed on the bet slip. It is your responsibility to review the selection, odds, stake in PKR and potential return before confirming. w789 cannot reverse a confirmed bet.
Odds displayed at the time you add a selection to your bet slip may change before you confirm the bet. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
In-play betting is available on selected cricket and football markets. In-play odds update in real time. Network interruptions or device issues that prevent you from confirming a bet in time are not grounds for placing a bet at a previously displayed price.

w789 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed — for example, a pricing error that produced odds significantly out of line with the true market.

Attempting to exploit arbitrage opportunities, using bet-hedging strategies across accounts, or any other practice that w789 determines to be abusive of the sports betting product may result in stakes being limited, bets being voided or account closure.

6. Casino & Slot Game Rules

Bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited software or any other activity that violates these terms is detected.
A chargeback or payment dispute is initiated against a deposit made to the account.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting w789 support via live chat. Any real PKR balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out upon closure.

Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for twelve consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee as permitted by applicable terms, or may be closed with the remaining balance handled according to w789's dormant account policy, details of which are available from support on request.

10. General Provisions
